To do this, cp-e™ carefully studied the layout of the stock Fusion rear motor mount. Immediately after removing the rear mount it was decided that a better design could be achieved.

Setting out to replace the stock pipe, cp-e has not only managed to design an upgrade solution with an aluminum pipe, but has designed a solution with a 2.50” diameter pipe! Pushing the space to the max, cp-e wanted to bring the community the last hot side pipe they will need through all of their modifications.
cp-e™ QKspl™ Ford Fusion Catted Downpipe
Our downpipe is crafted from premium American made “bright annealed” 304 stainless steel and is mandrel bent throughout for less turbulent exhaust flow. We have included three O2 bungs to accommodate the two stock O2 sensors, and to give the ability to easily add a wideband sensor.
